Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

An advance payment of 30% is required to guarantee the reservation.

The remaining 70% must be paid 2 months before arrival date.

The reservation deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel the reservation over 2 months before the arrival date.

The deposit will be dispatched in 2 months after cancellation.

If the cancellations take place less than 2 months before arrival date, you will be debited a total no-show fee equivalent to the total rental cost.
